Subscription Tiers​

Small Business - $9/month​

  • 5 agents included
  • Up to 15 additional agents ($0.50/agent)
  • 24-hour data retention
  • Email support

Medium Business - $29/month​

  • 25 agents included
  • Up to 50 additional agents ($0.50/agent)
  • 7-day data retention
  • Priority email support

Enterprise - Starting at $199/month​

  • 100+ agents included
  • Unlimited additional agents ($0.25/agent)
  • 30-day data retention
  • Phone and email support
  • Dedicated account manager

Viewing Your Subscription​

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. View your current plan details:
    • Current tier
    • Billing cycle
    • Next payment date
    • Agent usage

Changing Your Plan​

Upgrading​

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new tier
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading​

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new tier
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Payment Methods​

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfer (Enterprise only)

Invoices​

Access your invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoices.

  • Download PDF invoices
  • View payment history
  • Update billing email
