Viewing Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View your current plan details:

Changing Your Plan

Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new tier
- Review the changes
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What happens when you upgrade:
- Increased agent quota available instantly
- Extended data retention starts immediately
- Enhanced support access activated
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new tier
- Review any impacts
- Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current features remain until then.
Before downgrading, consider:
- Will you exceed the new agent quota?
- Is reduced data retention acceptable?
- Are you okay with standard support response times?
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Managing Payment Methods
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method or Edit existing
- Enter card details securely
- Set as default if desired
All payment information is securely processed through Stripe. CastellanAI never stores your full card details.
Invoices
Access your invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoices.

📧 Changing Billing Email
- Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Contact
- Enter the new email address
- Click Update
The new contact will receive all future invoices and billing notifications.
Usage & Overages
Monitoring Usage
Track your usage in real-time:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Usage
- View:
- Agent Count - Current vs. included
- Data Processed - GB of events analyzed
- API Calls - If using the API
Overage Charges
If you exceed your included agents:

Monitor your usage and upgrade before hitting limits to get better per-agent pricing.
Cancellation
❌ How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason for cancellation
- Confirm cancellation
What happens when you cancel:
- Access continues until end of current billing cycle
- Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate anytime before data deletion
After the 30-day retention period, all data is permanently deleted.
