Get started with your CastellanAI customer account.

Creating Your Account
Step 1: Sign Up
- Visit https://castellanai.com/signup
- Enter your email address
- Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters)
- Accept the Terms of Service
- Click Create Account
Use a strong password with at least 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Email Verification
- Check your inbox for a verification email from
noreply@castellanai.com - Click the verification link
- Your account is now active
📧 Didn't receive the email?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and check again
- Request a new verification email from the login page
- Contact support@castellanai.com if issues persist
First Login
- Navigate to https://castellanai.com
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
After logging in, you'll access the Customer Portal. From there, click Open Security Dashboard to access the security monitoring interface.
Profile Settings
Access your profile from the top-right menu → Settings.
Personal Information

Security Settings
- 🔑 Password
- 🛡️ Two-Factor Auth
- 🔐 API Keys
Change Password
- Go to Settings → Security → Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Update Password
- Minimum 8 characters
- Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
- Cannot reuse recent passwords
Two-Factor Authentication (Recommended)
Add an extra layer of security:
- Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication
- Choose your method:
- Authenticator App (Google Authenticator, Authy)
- SMS (text message codes)
- Email (verification codes)
- Follow the setup wizard
- Save your backup codes securely
API Keys
Manage API access for integrations:
- Go to Settings → Security → API Keys
- Click Generate New Key
- Copy and store the key securely
- Set permissions and expiration
API keys provide full access to your account. Never share them publicly or commit them to version control.
Organization Settings
If you're an organization administrator:

| Roles | Assign viewer, editor, or admin roles |
| Billing Contact | Set who receives invoices |
👥 Managing Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Team Member
- Enter their email and select a role
- They'll receive an invitation email
