Account Setup

Get started with your CastellanAI customer account.

Creating Your Account​

  1. Visit https://castellanai.com/signup
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Accept the Terms of Service
  5. Click Create Account

Email Verification​

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from noreply@castellanai.com
  2. Click the verification link
  3. Your account is now active
tip

Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

First Login​

  1. Navigate to https://castellanai.com
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Sign In

Profile Settings​

Access your profile from the top-right menu → Settings.

Personal Information​

  • First Name: Your first name
  • Last Name: Your last name
  • Email: Your account email (requires verification to change)
  • Company Name: Your organization name
  • Job Role: Your position within the organization
  • Time Zone: Used for event timestamps
  • Contact Phone: Optional phone number for account recovery

Security​

  • Change Password: Update your password
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Add an extra layer of security (recommended)
  • API Keys: Manage your API access keys

Organization Settings​

If you're an organization administrator:

  • Team Members: Invite colleagues to your organization
  • Roles: Assign viewer, editor, or admin roles
  • Billing Contact: Set who receives invoices
