Monitor your deployed CastellanAI agents and enroll new devices.

Portal vs Security Dashboard

The Customer Portal Agents page is for monitoring agent status and enrolling new agents. To configure, control, or edit agent settings, use the Security Dashboard.

Viewing Agents

From the portal dashboard, click Agents to see all registered agents.

Agent Status

StatusDescription
ConnectedAgent is online and sending events
DisconnectedAgent hasn't communicated recently
PendingAgent registered but not yet configured
ErrorAgent reporting connection issues

Agent Details

Click on any agent to view:

  • Last Seen: Last communication timestamp
  • Events (24h): Events sent in the last 24 hours
  • Version: Agent software version
  • Platform: Operating system
  • IP Address: Agent's network address

Adding a New Agent

  1. Click + Add Agent
  2. Select your platform (Windows/Linux/macOS)
  3. Download the installer
  4. Copy your Customer ID
  5. Install on your endpoint

Removing an Agent

  1. Click on the agent you want to remove
  2. Click Delete Agent
  3. Confirm the removal

Removing an agent from the portal doesn't uninstall it from the endpoint. You'll need to uninstall the agent software separately.
